Hollywood Showing Overwhelmed
1000 Show For Russo Screening
of "America.From Freedom to Fascism"
On Thursday evening, approximately 1000 Americans gathered in Hollywood to view producer Aaron Russo's compelling new feature film on the ongoing battle for Freedom inside America.
The Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills, which seats almost 500, was overwhelmed by the overflow crowd which in the end, was forced to wait outside in a long line stretching down the block until WTP Chairman Bob Schulz and Aaron Russo reworked the agenda in order to accommodate two showings of the film, "America ... From Freedom to Fascism" that evening.
All told, the approximately 750 who got to see the screenings were markedly enthusiastic, and as at previous screenings elsewhere, gave the film and Russo rousing ovations....
Following the showing this Sunday in Atlanta the next showings of Russo's new film will be next weekend in Medford/Ashland, Oregon (Sat. 3/11) and Portland, Oregon (Sunday 3/12) and Spokane Washington (Monday evening 3/13). The following weekend (March 18/19) the film screens in Chicago, Illinois and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
While I'm not really a tax protester, I am very familiar with Aaron Russo's new film because I flew to Los Angeles to spend a day filming a segment for it last year. (I also got to meet fellow author and muckraker G. Edward Griffin, above, who is in the film, while I was there.)
Libertarian director Aaron Russo is a gruff, likeable bulldog with a heart of gold. I can't say enough good about my experience working with him on this film.
I am so glad the movie is coming to New Hampshire and I can't wait to see how it all turned out.

You state in your post that you are not really a tax protester. Neither are the most of the people featured in Russo's film, "America...From Freedom To Fascism. Rather, they (we) are people for honesty and accountability in our nations tax laws. Please consider joining the Tax Honesty movement's efforts. It's a very patriotic effort to be a part of and we'd love to have your voice. After you see the film when it screens in New Hampshire on March 26th, you will definitely have a new perspective on the federal income tax, as many others will have regarding RFIDs.
The term "illegal tax protestor" (an oxymoron in the United States) was, and probably still is, used by the IRS to label ANYONE questioning the godly authority of the IRS or it's administration of tax law. As such, the term ALWAYS has carried a negative conotation and served as a "flag" for special treatment by the IRS. The 1998 IRS Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 commanded the IRS to stop labeling Citizens as such.
I have seen Russo's film. Without a doubt, this film will wake up a significant number of people to many issues that have been created by the fascistic government/corporate partnering in the U.S. that is nearly totally out of control. Your eloquent discussion of the problems with RFIDs and how they can and will be used by the fascist state to restrict our freedoms even further is absolutely, positively, without a doubt one of the most powerful segmants of the film.

Aaron Russos film America From Freedom to Facism should be seen by everyone in America. He says so clearly and with so much documentation, what is going on in our government, that you can't ever go back to believing we are a free nation. His honest search for answers is what every American should have been doing,but he did it for us. Please take everyone you know and tell everyone you meet about this great movie and then get brave enough to do something about it. We are resembeling more and more the communist,facist, tyrannical, dictatorships, kingdoms our dounding fathers warned us about. As Ben Franklin said "Those who value security above liberty, deserve neither. Yes, it is high time the complacent population be awakened if this is still possible. Mr. Russo is putting everything at stake here to inform in no uncertain terms. As one almost too informed I welcome the ones who see the movie to claim ignorance anymore. Misery does love company and Enough in Misery leads to Motivation en Masse. That's what is required to throw off the chains.
My actual question is to anyone who may know whether the film will be shown at the 50th Cannes Festival. I heard it would but haven't seen it mentioned in a cursory search. It deserves all the exposure it can get.

Dear Katherine & Liz: Just found your site when I searched "Aaron Russo" on dogpile.com. ***THANK YOU*** BOTH for you producing this blogsite. I was intending to order *Spychips* from LFB, but will now soon order to (updated?) paperback edition. I hope you'll be coordinating with Aaron Russo for some systematic protests re RFIDs.
